If you receive your Ecopots and they are damaged or defective - do not worry! We will replace them for your ASAP at no additional cost to you. Please just send us an email with order number/information/pictures and we will get in touch with you.
Apologies! This should not happen, but if it does please rest assured that we will arrange to collect and replace your Ecopots with the correct items ASAP at no additional cost to you. Please just send us an email with order number/information/pictures and we will get in touch with you.
If you want to return your Ecopots for any reason we do allow this subject to the following:
- You have to notify us within 14 days after delivery date of your intention to return (just send us an email quoting your order number and items you would like to return) and we will arrange a courier to collect the items from you
- Your Ecopots must be in their original condition
- The Ecopots to be returned must be packaged in a cardboard box
- You agree to a 10% return handling charge to be deducted from the amount refunded to you (we contribute half of this handling fee directly to our CO2 offset program)
A refund will only be processed after your item has been received and evaluated by our returns team. Once this has been evaluated your refund will be processed in the same manner as the order’s original payment method. This entire process normally takes 7 working days from the date that the return was collected by our Courier from your premises
