Delivery

All Orders over the value of R900 are delivered FREE of charge

Orders below R900 attract a R90 delivery fee

If you are situated in a Major City (i.e. Jhb, Pta, Cpt, Dbn, Bfn, Pe) delivery will take 2-3 working days.

If you are situated in a smaller town or outlying area delivery will take 4-5 workings days

NB please note the exception to the above for large quantities or large pots that need to be shipped on Pallets (see question below)

We can only confirm your exact delivery day on the morning that the Courier company has your Ecopots out for delivery. You will receive a message in the morning notifying you that your order is on its way on that day

Unfortunately we cannot confirm any approximate time of delivery, your delivery could arrive anytime between 10:00 and 17:00

If you have ordered an Xlarge Pot (e.g Amsterdam 60cm, Amsterdam 80cm, Paris 85cm, Paris 99cm) - please note that these pots need to be shipped on pallets.

Firstly this means your delivery time will increase by another 2-3 days.

Secondly please note that the courier company is not responsible for offloading the pots or bringing them into your house. Please ensure that you have at least 2 people available to offload the Pots. (Don't worry - by choosing Ecopots you have ensured that even very large Pots can be easily carried by 2 people (the Amsterdam 80cm only weights 35kg!))
