Warranties and products made from recycled materials usually do not mix well due to the potentially unstable nature of the recycled base material. For this reason, many brands using these materials find it difficult to offer a long-term warranty and are often limited to one or two years.
For Ecopots - a pioneer in the use of recycled materials for flower pots and planters - this is not good enough. We believe in our unique and certified material composition and that is why we do give a lifetime, hassle-free guarantee on material and product faults.
We are often asked: does this mean I can throw my Ecopot from my first story balcony? Unfortunately not - firstly our guarantee does not cover pots being dropped and secondly - whilst Ecopots can withstand many knocks (that other Pots cannot) - your Ecopot will break if dropped from that height.
